Developer: Taleb Platform (منصّة طالب)
Open the Nursync app and sign in. The button is on whichever screen you reach. The labels below are the app's own, in English and in Arabic:
| The “Profile” tab, the “Account” screen («حسابي») | Tap “Close account” («إغلاق الحساب») |
|---|---|
| A screen shown instead of the app — “This account's work is on the website” or “No active access for this account” | Tap “Close account” («إغلاق الحساب») at the bottom of it |
| The screen that waits for your join request to be approved — “Your request is under review” | Tap “Withdraw my request and delete this account” («سحب الطلب وحذف الحساب») — which also removes your request from the administrator's review queue |
Then read what will happen, and type the word the screen asks for — “CLOSE” in English, «إغلاق» in Arabic — to confirm.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. There is no waiting period and no human review.
If you cannot sign in, email us from the address registered in the app at admin@taleb.run and we will close the account for you within thirty days.
| Your email address | Replaced by an internal address that identifies nobody |
|---|---|
| Your name | Erased from the employee record |
| Your password | Deleted |
| Google or Apple link | Deleted permanently |
| Availability preferences | Deleted entirely |
| Your sessions | Revoked on every device immediately |
The shifts you worked remain in the ward's rosters, and the audit trail remains — without your name, tied only to an internal number.
A hospital is legally required to know who was on shift on any past day. That is the hospital's record as data controller, not personal data of yours, which is why closing your account does not remove it.
Chat messages: hidden from everyone once your ward's retention window passes, 365 days from the message date by default. Deleting them from the server is not switched on yet; until it is, they stay stored and are shown to no one.
Roster and audit records: kept without your name for as long as the hospital is required to keep them.
Backups: your data may persist in an encrypted backup for up to thirty days after deletion, after which that backup is rotated out. Backups are read only to restore the system after a failure.
No data is shared with any third party — before or after deletion.
