نورسينك تطبيق لجدولة كوادر التمريض، لا لسجلات المرضى. لا يحتوي النظام على أي بيانات عن مريض: لا اسم ولا تشخيص ولا علاج. ما يحتويه هو من يعمل في أي مناوبة، ومن طلب إجازة، ومن وافق عليها.
من يملك بياناتك
المستشفى الذي تعمل فيه هو المتحكّم في بياناتك، ونورسينك تعالجها نيابةً عنه. فأي طلب يتعلّق ببياناتك يبدأ من إدارة مستشفاك، ونحن ننفّذ ما تقرّره.

لا نجمع موقعك، ولا نتتبّعك عبر تطبيقات أخرى، ولا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نبيع بياناتك لأحد.
من يراها
- أنت ترى بياناتك كاملة.
- زملاؤك في القسم يرون جدولك — لأنه جدول مشترك — واسمك ودرجة خبرتك.
- رئيس قسمك يرى طلباتك وقراراتها وما يلزم لبناء الجدول.
- مستشفى آخر في المجموعة لا يرى شيئًا. كل مستشفى عالم منفصل.
- لا نشارك بياناتك مع أي طرف ثالث لأغراضه هو.
نستعين بمزوّدين لتشغيل الخدمة فقط: مزوّد بريد لإرسال رمز الدخول والإشعارات، واستضافة الخوادم. لا يستخدمون بياناتك لأغراضهم.
كم تبقى
- الرسائل: يحدّد قسمك مدة بقائها (٣٦٥ يومًا ما لم يحدّد غيرها)، وبعدها تُخفى عن الجميع. حذفها من الخادم لم يُفعَّل بعد، وحتى يُفعَّل تبقى مخزّنة ولا تُعرض لأحد.
- الجداول وقراراتها: تبقى. المستشفى ملزَم بمعرفة من كان في المناوبة في كل يوم مضى، وهذا التزام مهني لا خيار تسويقي.
- رموز الدخول: خمس دقائق.
- الجلسات: تنتهي بمدّتها أو عند تسجيل الخروج.
حقوقك
تستطيع من داخل التطبيق: مراجعة بياناتك، تصحيح ما تملك تصحيحه، وإغلاق حسابك نهائيًا: تبويب «الملف»، ثم في شاشة «حسابي» اضغط «إغلاق الحساب».
ماذا يعني إغلاق الحساب بالضبط؟
يتوقّف دخولك، ويُحذف اسمك وبريدك ورابط حساب جوجل أو آبل إن وُجد، وتنتهي
تعيينك، وتُحذف تفضيلاتك. أمّا الجداول التي عملتَها فتبقى لدى القسم بلا
اسمك — لأن المستشفى لا يستطيع أن ينسى من كان في المناوبة ليلة أمس.
هذا هو الحدّ الذي لا يستطيع أي تطبيق جدولة سريرية تجاوزه.
ولطلبٍ يتجاوز ذلك، راجع إدارة مستشفاك — فهي المتحكّم في البيانات.
كيف نحميها
- كل اتصال بين التطبيق والخادم مشفَّر (HTTPS)، ولا يُسمح بغير المشفَّر.
- رموز الجلسة تُخزَّن مجزّأة، فنسخة من قاعدة البيانات لا تعطي جلسة صالحة.
- كلمات المرور — لحسابات الإدارة وحدها — تُخزَّن بـ scrypt ولا تُسترجَع أبدًا.
- على جهازك تُحفظ الرموز في المخزن المشفَّر الذي يوفّره النظام.
- كل صلاحية محدودة بنطاقها: قسمك، منشأتك، أو مؤسستك — لا أوسع.
الأطفال
نورسينك أداة عمل لكادر طبي موظَّف، وليست موجّهة لمن هم دون ١٦ عامًا.
التغييرات
إن تغيّرت هذه السياسة تغيّرًا جوهريًّا، سنُعلمك داخل التطبيق قبل أن تسري.

Privacy Policy

Nursync schedules nursing staff. It is not a patient record system. It holds no patient data of any kind — no name, no diagnosis, no treatment. What it holds is who works which shift, who asked for leave, and who approved it.
Who controls your data
The hospital you work for is the controller of your data; Nursync processes it on their behalf. Any request about your data starts with your hospital's administration, and we carry out what they decide.
What we collect, and why

We do not collect your location, do not track you across other apps, show no advertising, and sell your data to nobody.
Who can see it
- You see all of your own data.
- Colleagues in your ward see your roster — it is a shared one — with your name and seniority.
- Your head of department sees your requests, their decisions, and what building a roster needs.
- Another hospital in the group sees nothing. Each hospital is a separate world.
- We share your data with no third party for their own purposes.
We use providers only to run the service: an email provider to deliver sign-in codes and notifications, and server hosting. They do not use your data for their own ends.
How long it stays
- Messages: your ward sets the retention period (365 days unless it sets another), and after it they are hidden from everyone. Deleting them from the server is not switched on yet; until it is, they stay stored and are shown to no one.
- Rosters and their decisions: kept. A hospital must be able to say who was on each past shift — that is a professional obligation, not a product choice.
- Sign-in codes: five minutes.
- Sessions: expire, or end when you sign out.
Your rights
From inside the app you can review your data, correct what is yours to correct, and close your account permanently: the “Profile” tab, then on the “Account” screen tap “Close account”.
What closing your account actually does.
Your sign-in stops, your name, email and any Google or Apple link are removed,
your posting ends and your preferences are deleted. The rosters you
worked stay with the ward, without your name — because a hospital
cannot forget who was on shift last night. That is the limit no clinical
scheduling system can cross.
For anything beyond that, contact your hospital's administration — they are the controller.
How we protect it
- Every connection between the app and the server is encrypted (HTTPS); cleartext is not permitted.
- Session tokens are stored hashed, so a copy of the database yields no usable session.
- Passwords — for administrator accounts only — are stored with scrypt and never recoverable.
- On your device, tokens live in the operating system's encrypted store.
- Every permission is bounded by its scope: your ward, your facility, or your organisation — never wider.
Children
Nursync is a workplace tool for employed clinical staff and is not directed at anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
