Nursync is a nursing workforce platform used inside a hospital. A nurse registers from the app with an email address and a code sent to it, then chooses a hospital and ward and waits for approval.
How to join
- Get the app and enter your email address, or sign in with Google or Apple where available.
- A code arrives by email. If the address is new, a preliminary account is created for you as soon as you enter the code.
- You complete your profile and choose your hospital and ward, and a verification request is sent.
- The platform administrator approves the request, or your head of department does if you are a staff nurse in their ward. The account does not carry working permissions before it is approved.
If you are a nurse
If your approval is taking long, or your question is about your shifts, leave or records, your hospital's nursing administration is the fastest route, because they own the roster and the approvals. For problems with the app itself, such as it will not open, the sign-in code does not arrive, or an error keeps repeating, write to us directly.
